Unlike the IMAT, the entry barriers are generally lower at this university. This provides a great backup option for those who fear passing IMAT. Fortunately, your preparation for the IMAT will almost directly carry over to the preparation for this university entry exam!

Admission Test (EU Students)
Currently, EU candidates can apply until May 13th, 2026, 1pm, with classes starting October 2026
Unlike the IMAT, the admission test for UniCamillus can be taken completely online and at home. Fortunately, the test syllabus is almost identical to the IMAT, meaning you do not need much extra study!
The admission test will be held in English and consists of a written multiple-choice test with five answer options, from which the candidate must select only one, discarding incorrect, arbitrary or less probable conclusions. In particular, it consists of 60 questions in English with the following allocations
10 questions on logical reasoning and reading comprehension
45 scientific questions (15 on Biology, 15 on Chemistry, 15 on Physics)
5 questions on various humanitarian topics related to the specific mission of UniCamillus University, as described on the University’s website.
A maximum score of 90 (ninety) points is awarded for the assessment of the admission test according to the following criteria:
● 1.5 points for each correct answer;
● minus 0.25 points for each incorrect answer;
● 0 points for each unanswered question.
The written test will be held remotely from a work station chosen by the candidate (home-based) and using a distance surveillance platform on Thursday, 19th May 2026
Test results of the admission test will be available on the institutional website by 22nd May 2026.
The annual fee is 21,000 euros, payable in instalments.
Non-EU Candidates: Medicine and Surgery In English
Registrations open until 4th March 2026, with classes starting October 2026
The written test consists of three separate sections to be completed within a set time. Each section consists of a series of multiple-choice questions organised as per the following table.

The written test must be taken between 8th June 2026 and 12th June 2026; the oral test must be taken between 15th June 2026 and 26th June 2026.
The oral interview in English – which will be conducted online – will assess the candidate’s knowledge on the following topics: general culture, notions of biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics. The overall assessment of the oral exam ranges from a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 69 points.
The results of the access test will be published on the institutional website by 1st July 2026
The annual fee is 21,000 euros, payable in instalments.
